Answer :If you are hosting on a Linux server you may (Depending on your host) be able to use .htaccess this file must be in the root of the web directory.

The format is along the lines of (For PHP4 Module):-
php_value include_path .:/path/that/you/want/to/use
php_value magic_quotes_gpc "off"
php_value track_errors "on"
