Our clearing house, FX Solutions is registered with the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and as a member of the National Futures Association (NFA ID# 0312620). ApexForex is also registered with the CFTC and a member of the NFA (ID #0266569) for almost 10 years. As members, we are held accountable to the stringent standards of capital adequacy and financial reporting enforced by the NFA.
SAFETY OF FUNDS
All client funds are deposited with top rated and secure financial institutions. FX Solutions currently holds client funds at JP Morgan Chase Bank. FX solutions is also insured with a Fidelity Bond 14, which protects the insured against loss resulting from fraudulent acts committed by an employee acting alone or in collusion with others. In the unlikely case of forgery or embezzlement the Fidelity Bond 14 offers partial protection to FX Solutions and its clients.
