COMPARE INIT.ora and SPFILE PARAMETERS

>>Script Language and Platform: Oracle
Usually spfile cannot be opened to see what are the settings in it and sometimes the database parameters are wrong due to wrong spfile entries.
This korn script compares the init.ora and spfile parameters and presents it in readable format ,after which the DBA can take proper action.
